Our Consignment Process is as follows:

  1. New consignors can fill out the new consignor form below. We will review your form and respond with your consignor number and consignment template file to fill out and email back to us or upload on our website.
  2. Once we receive your itemized consignment list, we will schedule a drop off time. You can bring your items at this time, and sign a consignment agreement. All consignment items will be subject to inspection and approval. Your items will then be processed and put into auction.
  3. Consignment reports and checks are mailed out after each auction.
  4. Unsold items will be returned to the consignor or combined to be sold in future auctions at the discretion of Clyde Auctioneering Ltd.
